    I was captivated by the fine, modern hotel with amazing views and luxurious facilities. The perfect cleanliness and comfort of my spacious room left nothing to be desired. Still, dining was a letdown, with bland options that lacked flavor. Extraordinary service from the staff was nice.

    Just an optimal selection for a short layover in Hanoi with really good value. The staff made a special seafood soup for me at breakfast because I'm pescetarian, nice. Plan for about 30-40 min from the airport to get to the hotel.

    Really good service stood out , especially thanks to Cheryl, who personalized our experience and ensured everything went smoothly. The spacious room was immaculate, and the executive lounge offered excellent food options, including good fish dishes. There was a slight delay in housekeeping, and the pool area could use more lounge chairs.     I stayed at JW Marriott for one night and everything was more than perfect. The staff were kind and showed us everything upon arrival. The room was clean, spacious, and fancy. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from the room, gym, and swimming pool were also great. Highly recommend!

    Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

    I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hanoi. I was impressed by the value for money that I received. The prices were very reasonable and the hotel offered great amenities. I loved the attention to detail in the rooms, from the electrically controlled curtains to the separate bedroom with a nice view. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that my every need was met. The breakfast served by the chef was absolutely delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available.

    I absolutely loved the elegant and luxurious decor of this hotel. From the grand entrance to the beautifully furnished common areas, everything felt so opulent and welcoming. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel for people of my age. The staff were always available to assist me with any needs that I had, whether it was navigating through the hotel or providing extra support when needed. It made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

    If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more visible signage throughout the hotel. As someone with a bit of trouble remembering directions, it would have been helpful to have clearer signs directing me to different areas of the hotel.

    Had a great weekend at a luxurious hotel. the amenities were impressive and the view from the room was spectacular. A complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise in addition to the complimentary Wi-Fi. the hotel was situated in a convenient and easily accessible location.

    The staff provided poor service. the attentiveness and willingness to help was lacking, which left us feeling frustrated.
